Day 3 after relapse

Day 3 and I am feeling a little better.  Did not sleep at all last night and I am back a work for another full day.  Thanks for all you support I was so embarrassed to come back after my relapse but everyone has been so supportive.  Thanks to everyone I will fight to make it another day.

I'm glad you came back tattoo! So many of us relapse. I did it after 3 weeks but I was in denial about my addiction. Now, when I crave, I reach out.
I'm sooooo proud of you!!!!

You can do it just keep pressing on and it does get better without the use of drugs.   Fight the good fight.
