90 days and clean

This is the big one, 90 days clean.  I feel better about today than I think I did on my birthday, and I was high as a kite that day.  It's been a road and there's the rest of my life to avoid the same temptations.  Perhaps it's fate that my journey began on the day before thanksgiving, because I have a lot to be thankful for now.  If you're just starting out and you need inspiration let me tell you.  You can beat this, I would consider myself on the low end of emotional strength and stability and I have made it further than I ever could have hoped for and I feel now as if I have the stamina to go the distance.  You, I and everyone else can beat this...

Congratulations! It sounds like we quit close together. I stopped the week before Thanksgiving. Way to go! Stories and posts like yours give others hope. Do something nice for yourself and most importantly, be kind to yourself. I agree... A name change is in order! :)

Contratulations to you! - the BIG NINE OH...You have alot to be proud of, although I must say, I was hoping you'd have changed your moniker by now...it just doesn't fit - not now, not then.  Maybe for your next shout out...
But til then, celebrate your recovery my friend, you have earned it!
