THAT'S IMPRESSIVE. U were on a lot.I wish I was able2do all that on day2 when I wentc/t.Keep it up u know u will feel better soon
I find doing things and exercising does at least make time go by faster. And you were doing a lot of meds so it isnt easy coming off but YOU ARE DOING it!! Awesome.
i have been really pushing myself so today has been easier than yesterday. I do mean pushed it- laundry, errands, playing with kids, rode bike, walked, did dishes, made meals, cleaned the house,- everything I did not want to do, I did. Pushed water like crazy, still have problems with eating or should I say choking things down so I make sure to get enough calories from Ensure. Took a few Epson salt baths then got up and moved. I literally could not sit still and it did make the time go faster. It was miserable but I have noticed that this day 2 is like my day 5 the last time I tried this. I can only hope that by doing everything that has been suggested/recommended on this site will make this time quicker. No turning back now.
Oh, if anyone is interested I was on 80 mgs of oxycontin a day plus an additional 20 mgs of percs for breakthrough pain.
by the way thanks for the encouragement

It will get better! Give it a few more days and your physical symptoms will improve. It isnt easy but doable...so keep it up!
