day 7 turned from good to bad

last night was like day 2, why.  Body twitching for what felt like hours, had to take 2-showers.  Could this have happened because of sleeping pills I took (2) when I couldn't get to sleep?

I am gooing to day 8 will this happen again tonight, came out of left field

Hey...I tried the sleeping pills too..Ambien.. and it did nothing to help me sleep...just seemed like it made me feel worse..it made the rls way worse and I wouldn't sleep anyway..so the next day I would feel hungover..now I don't take anything..if I sleep fine...if not I don't feel all hungover the next day...I know it's hard...but just try to surrender to it and know that it won't last forever...it's just temporary...it will get better!!!!....

Hi there - what did you take to sleep?  Different things affect us in different ways.  Tryptophan which many take to help them sleep and relax sends me off the deep end with RLS type stuff.  Some other supplements affect me that way. I was still on my sleeping pills during detox (still didn't sleep) so I sometimes things just stop working or give you a weird unusual symptom.  Everyone is so different it is hard to know.  Are these pills prescribed or just like an OTC?

Advil pm and those types of things also made me really jumpy and uncomfortable normally and even more so through withdrawal.

These early days are hard and your body is really going through a lot right now.

Try to hang in there and know that you are gonna start to feel better once some normal sleep returns and your body has more time to heal.
