day 7!

Well I made it thru hell day. Yesterday was probably the worst day I've had since I can remember.   I didn't pop a pill of any kind.   I did good.   Even if I looked like a "feind out *****" I made it.  Today feels better.   I think I feel asleep somewhere around 6 this morning, woke up at 9.  I'll take that.  My head feels a little weird. . TinglyI guess.   Nothing serious.  I'm trying to will myself to get up and do something.  I'm just so extremely tired and drained.   Laying around is starting to cause body cramps tho so I need to get up.  Thank everyone for being there yesterday.   My first week in the bag!

congrats on 7 days in a cpl days youll be up to 2 digits....keep fighting instead of phy wds you will be  entering the 2nd stage of wds soon,  keep your eye on the prize!!

Great job on pushing through and making it 7 days! I know in the beginning the days feel like a lifetime. It will get easier. Keep up the fight and keep pushing forward. You're doing it!! :)

Yay Lesah!  You've had a tough week but you are doing this girl!  So proud.  Keep moving forward.  Thought about aftercare yet?  And yes, get outside and move around it will do you a world of good.

You go girl....your doing it! It is hard, but I remember looking myself in the mirror and telling myself, "u r badass!!!" I needed that motivation! Keep pushing forward as it will only get better. I hear ya on the muscle cramps, i did some stretching, pushing myself against a wall to stretch out legs, etc...don't do too much, you need to take care right now, physically. Remember lots of fresh fruits and Veges....high protein! Very proud of you!

You're doing an incredible job pushing through!  Keep doing what you're doing, it will get better and better every day!  A week is wonderful progress!  Look into meetings, aftercare, whatever kind of support you can find.  This isn't a battle meant to be fought alone!
