day 8

Ugh slept like **** and still have spaghetti legs when will it end....I felt better on day 2. I feel like I've gotten worse everyday like I am regressing. I can see why it is so hard to Stay clean.

But you have made it to day 8 - that is so great, you are doing amazingly well. Forgive me for asking again, but how many pills were you taking before you stopped? Probably not as many as I, so you will probably/hopefully feel better soon. Today is day 9 and maybe it will be better tomorrow- hang in there.

Hey sweetie. I was only taking like 250 mgs a day for the past year but I have taken much more in the past. I mean I have been hooked for 11 years already...boy time sure does fly. I hope I get some energy by Saturday for I am throwing a party. Hope you are feeling well,
