I would say yes it is from the w/d's the problem with taking alot of xanax is yes they are addicting, but the w/d's from there are terrible..I know for me they were worst then opiates...just a whole different feeling......
maybe try to look at avis of fladdict journals and try something natural.....And keep posting , that will help...I remember feeling that way for a few weeks, but it gets alot better, just hang in there!!!
good luck

I am sorry that you are feeling so blah. Yes, the w/d also made me feel really depressed and yucky overall. Are you taking the vitamins and aminos? They helped me a lot.
No im not taken any vitamins or aminos I am so bad about taking vitamins always have been I JUST HATE TO TAKE PILLS JK LOL have a cheffing job today which is good cooking is very theraputic for me
You really should check into the Vitamins and amino's....I am glad that you are able to have your cooking to help you, but they really do help a lot. Just a thought.
chef, it wont be long now and the good days will come closer and closer together. but i have to agree with confused you really need to get the thomas recipe ingredients. it makes a ton of difference in your recovery. and so much better than taking the xannex. i did take the xannex the first few days, but only for sleep. and remember what others have said because it is VERY addicting. hang in there hun, you are just about to reach the light at the end of this tunnel.
I'm on day 9 too!! I've had some bad cravings over the last 24 hours and have been fighting with my mind!! LOL!! I don't take xanax, but I do have Valium and have found it to be helpful, but BE CAREFUL!!!! Benzo's are horrible for w/d's so I would try to use them as little as possible.
I love food so just reading about your cooking is making me hungry!! I wish I was a good cook, but alas I'm just ordinary when it comes to that. I've found that reading a good book, finding a funny movie, or just taking my little dog for a walk will take my mind off of the pills for a while.:) I'm just staying clean one minute at a time, one hour at a time, and God will one day at a time. !!!!HUGS!!!!
Have you asked your doc about prescribing something different for OCD and panic? A couple that I know have worked for others and are not addictive are Luvox, Zoloft and Paxil. Buspar is also specifically for anxiety/panic and don't think it's considered a benzo, but not entirely certain about that.
Talk to your doc about your addiction and ask him/her about taking the xanex and if it's right for you.
im already on zoloft for depression and the panic disorder but they are so bad they dont fully do the job im on a high dose of zoloft will ask about the others thanks
