Well....look at it like you have the flu perhaps. We almost have all had the flu for a few days before...and we all get well

read the amino acid protocol, it may help you :) and exercising and a healthy diet ( no sugar, no junk food, plenty of vegs and protein )
HI you doing really well if your working threw day 2 and it will get better just give it a few days
make a list of what you have to do check off what you get done you wont be so overwhelmed when you see your making progress on the list....I got one going right now and it helps I wish I could take credit for the idea but it was my drug conslor Paul that told me to try it this way b/4 that I was completely overwhelmed by all that needs to be done

Try not to put too much pressure on yourself right now. Get done the things that absolutely have to be done and put off the other stuff for now. Believe me the other things we do to keep up the house (cleaning, laundry, etc) isn't going anywhere and it will wait for you (unfortunately! lol). Just do the things you know to be most important and you can get to the other stuff later when you're feeling more up to it.

Thanks. I need to head home (from work) but know how much is waiting for me. This is where I always relied on my DOC. It would pep me up and I could get it all done. After all who doesn't want to be super mom?????

YES there is light at the end of the tunnel, Notmerry :) and you are not doing bad if you are at work , it is normal not eating , hang in..... take each hour at a time and don't think of how much you must do, this is tiring alone ... just feel proud of yourself because of what you are doing CONGRATS on your day two and a big hug
