dose anything help for my hands there doing theres weird hand spasms,  thanx i will try o drink some ensure today.  have no appetite but this is day 4 and i have no runs, is that just something to, look forward to.

not much is gonna run if your not eating.........the ensure is good......kind of expensive, but I love the vanilla its great.  Please get something in you even if it s just the ensure.  The spasms shouldn't last long.  ........take care.

i woulda had the runs after 24 hours,,,itll all get outta yer system sooner or later tho. Maybe it just wont be crampy and painful like mine always were. put yer hands in the toilet and try to fish out those pills. you wont find em but at least theyll be cold and doing something.
