Day 8 today, but still having a few issues. Help?

Yesterday was day 7 for me, been doing really well, but yesterday, I felt anxioius and jittery, was better before then I had a hard time getting to sleep had RLS, but slept from 10 until 7 this am. I am just wondering if this jittery feeling will ever stop? When I try and go to bed it drives me crazy, I flip and flop until I take a sleeping aid, Ambien. Then I fall asleep pretty quickly. I was hoping since the runs, sweats, depression has subsided the other should have too. IS there some thing else wrong? or will these feeling also stop. I am still taking supplements and aminos...

It sounds like me and you are pretty much in the same boat!  My boat is still floating, but there are days that seem like it is going to sink.  I feel really good for a dayor two, then, boom, bad again!  I have been drinking the Monster energy drink, and it seems to
help me!  I dont know, but Good Luck to you!!!  Never Again will I be in the predicament!

These feelings WILL stop. Honestly.
I went c/t from Heroin and the feelings you describe went after about 10days with me. I was feeling so much better by day 8, it was just the weird feelings that took a little longer to go. But they really do go away. Good job too by the way, your doing awesome.

Congratulations on making it this far ----- It WILL get better.  Unfortunately, W/D's are part of the process - and there is no way to avoid them -- only make them a little better with Amino Acids and The Thomas Recipe -----   Sundance--  some people can taper and some found it easier to just go CT. Either way the W/D's are bad ----   There was a few things I did that I think helped --- One was to make sure my supply line was cut off --- many can not seem to do this -and try to depend on brute will power to 'just say no'.   the bad thing about that it is too easy to go back when you start to go through the pain of W/D.  I also got help and found someone to be accountable to.  That kept me strong during the times I would have caved.   We all need help -- this is hard but doable and you will be so much happier when you are free.  Keep reminding yourself why you made the decision to get off drugs.  All the best.

Hi Kyle ,

WTG! Keep up the great work, I am not sure how it is supposed to go yet. I am still trying to get through 1 day of only taking 1 pill @ night. I agree the night is terrible, I am taking hot baths and rubbing ointment on my legs. ? for ya how long did the runs stay with ya? I thought maybe I had a bug but evidently this is part of the withdrawel. Did you just go cold turkey or did you taper off? Any help is appreciated. and you are doing awsome!!!!
