Yes msdelight today is my 1st official day clean I sure hope this week doesn't drag:( we did decide we r gonna go to church and be as active as possible despite how we feel..we have a 2 and 3 year old so keeping busy is pretty easy but super hard at same time..I have taken immodiom sp? Idk if it is good or bad or if the runs gets the toxins out quicker..I also have garage tin which I don't like but if it helps I will take it just during this week.. I love water when using but during detox I can hardly drink anything:( I have a big Eater bottle that I said I will fill at least 3 a day w water and 2 a day w gaterade..I also got protein shake mixing w fruit like blueberries...I don't feel awful yet but don't feel good either I just want to wake up and not think about do I have pills today? Or how I will get them to get thru day..I am tired of the life and I am done..no matter how much I like them I know it is all just a big lie..thanks for chiming in..I def need the support

Hi there.  I found that plain or flavored seltzers were good, if you don't mind the bubbles. Fill a big glass with ice, fill with seltzer and sip through a straw. You can do this with water too and add a slice of lemon, lime or orange. Hydrating will definitely help lessen the symptoms. So congratulations.  Did I understand that you are taking the big leap tomorrow?

Thanks!! That is great news to me..whew..I know water is best and I am going to do that too I also bought almond milk w protein shake I know I won't feel up to eating much so hopefully that will be good I know how important the hydration is and I know the only time I probably am hydrated well is when I am using cause I drink tons of water but no more of that..hoping to loose some weight too I have gained about 30 lbs:( just excited about our new life but the real battles will begin tomorrow I am sure but I have prepared for everything and made sure there r no connections even tho I hopefully would not use anyway I am just to sick of being sick I NEED to get thru this I have stayed using ONLY for fear of w/d..it's time to get this over with thanks for u r response..curious to see what others drink/eat that helps

Hi, Gatorade is fine to drink. I drank a lot of it during withdrawal.  Really, most liquids are good except those with caffeine. Vitamin waters, juice, etc. I also drank Ensures and Boosts to get additional vitamins and because I did not feel like eating.  Staying hydrated helps rid your body of toxins.  Hang in there! Stay strong!
