definitely agree, if you could give me an idea of how much you were using, for how long, what way you were taking the heroin, it would help greatful come up with a detox plan. There are medicinal aids that are helpful in easing the pain and anxiety during the wds.

Do you have any more info for us? How long have you been using and how often? There are members here that have come of H and doing well now, but it's not easy at first. Are you willing to get some help for this?
