You took a drug that is an upper and added another upper, caffiene with it. Your heart was probably going through tachycardia for much of the night from too much stimulation. You are lucky you did not have a heart attack. Many people die from heart attacks caused by tachycardia, which if lasting too long puts too much strain on the heart. You had better be careful playing with drugs or you just may kill yourself.
I doubt you had a seizure, because if you did and remained conscious through it you probably would have found it severely painful from the muscle cramping that would go along with the convulsions.
Amphetamines(spelling?), such as you took cause shaking and tremors. Even too much coffee by itself can cause tremors and shaking.
I hope you decide to see a dcotor if you are having a fatigue problem and need a lift. Self medicating for health problems can be deadly!
