Music helped for me during this time. The.hot epsom salt baths and I would put my ipod in my ears and listen to funny, upbeat music or anthem type music. Going for a walk helped even if it was to remove myself from whatever situation I was in. Totally normal to be on edge at this time but it will calm down. Are u starting any type of aftercare program, as this will help as well.
