Full absorption on Subutex

Is there anything that may interfere with absorption or make it less effective. I heard about smoking and drinking coffee, cause it constricts the vessels. I think Subutex makes benzodiazepans less effective. Anyone else noticed this. Should I take my 4mg in one or two doses to have max effect?

Takeing your Sub properly is important for full absorption. Drinking something hot right before is suggested. Keeping it under your tongue until completely disolved (5-20 minutes), no talking, smoking or drinking while you're doing your dose.
I don't think spliting your dose has any effect on max effect, but alot of people do split it so that the effect is more balanced thruout the day.
