Thanks Gnarly! I appreciate that.
Ok, keep busy no matter what you are doing. (besides hunting pills. NOT ok!) LOL Cleaning is perfect busy work especially when you can't go to a movie or something. This is going to be better very soon. You just have to ride out this hard part to get to the other side! I'm gonna be here for ya. Just HANG IN THERE!

I haven't done ANYTHING in this house yet. I do have my clothes on. I'm about to take my daughter to a friend's house. Maybe I'll stop and get me some lunch on the way back home. My husband is at work.. should be home about 2ish. So, its just me. :/ I think when I get home, if my hubby doesnt have something for us to do, i'll clean the house. ugh... I'll update in a little bit. please check back.
The neck can be helped with extremely hot shower. Then a heating pad and some motrin. Try that and let me know. Hot water, as hot as you can stand, is best. As for the anxiety, I have no idea. All I know is that it does get better with time. Remember...you're not even a week out. Try to have patience as hard as that is. Where is your family today? Have you been cleaning yet. That always helps me!!! : ) It passes time, gets you off the couch and keeps your mind occupied. PLUS...you get positive feedback from everyone else which helps!!
I found that if I can lay on my arm (its always my left arm), almost to the point where it makes my fingers and hand fall asleep, then it'll stop. I get the same affect if (before pills) if I took more than one benedryl at a time...or more than half of a dose of nyquil, or tylenol pm, etc. i could never put my finger on what was causing it. But anyway... that was last night. Its done.
This morning, I'm really struggling. I want to lay on the couch and watch a movie or something... just a lazy day...but i cant. the anxiety is killing me! I feel much better if I get up and go somewhere...but like I said... I'm broke! Gas light is on in the car and i'm just plain out stuck! I walked around outside....but when I came back in, the anxiety began again. My neck and back are hurting from sleeping on the couch too... so, what do I do? Thats my first question. Second question...when will that part go away? (the anxiety)
I know how you feel, but good sleep will be back eventually! The restless arms that I had required me to get up INSTANTLY! I couldn't even lie down. Sometimes just walking around for a minute and trying again helped me.
I'm glad you got some sleep though! That's wonderful!
