I have 60 left. Should I increase the time intervals between pills.Last night i went 12 hrs but also took zanex to help sleep. Woke up this morning needed 2 but my stupid mind keeps seeking that energy feeling but its not working just making me tired .My biggest problem is the mindset that it used to make feel good & my depresssion due to years of abuse.Would it be best to see how long I can go without until withdrawal sets in or do 4,6,8 etc taper? Thanks

Hey, glad you found this forum. Yes you can quit. Many people here have quit after long term use. It just takes a complete mindset to do it. Keep asking questions and you will feel more confident about the method for you.

Yes it is you have already made the first step in realizing you have a problem! With such a long use time you may try Suboxen or tapering CT maybe to hard but then again tapering is too hard for some. If you go CT you will feel like you have the super flu, it may seem like you are dieing but your not and after 5-10 days you sill start to feel better, some say thats th eeasy part that the cravings afterwards are what is hardest for me that was the case so I took Suboxen for about 2 months. Good luck
