hole in nosal septum

does it ever heal completly
I had a hole the size of a pencil eraser from snorting coke  it seems to have shrunk   I can force a Q tip through it to clear out the scab. will it ever heal?

Hi, No Mike it probably won't, I've also have a hole the same size and place it happened 15 yrs agoe. I still have the whole and lots of problems with my nose.

anne is right, the hole does not heal. Are you trying to quit? Although the hole stays, my nose has healed so much since i have been clean, it just takes some time.

u can never get straight answers on these questions about ur nose or how to stope pain in it. why????????
