so i figured i'd have a couple drinks last night to help me sleep. guess i shouldn't have done that cause it triggered the WORST restlessness in my legs EVER! in the past when i was taking the pills i found when i was in withdrawal, if i took anything that made me sleepy the restlessness in my legs would get severely worse. thought i was out of the woods enough to have a drink or two and then crash out for the night. yea right! i'm almost afraid to look in the mirror today, i'm sure i have dark circles under my eyes by now. kinda reminds me of the girl that played in the movie 8 mile with eminem when i think about it lol but not so funny think i'll make some chicken soup today to keep myself moving, who knows maybe i'll do cartwheels down the street, my neighbors will love that one lol. just one night of pure sleep, I'M BEGGING!

Did you try Highlands restless leg?  You find it at most drug stores.walgreens/walmart ect.

what pills did ur doc prescribed ....... may be i ll tell my doc to do the same for me. it s been over three months now but i still feel urge to do it again. i fight everyday just to stop myself thinking about doing heroin.

Yes certain things trigger RLS for me too. OMG it's the worst. You'll be dead tired but can't sleep because legs are jumping out of your skin

i'm thinking i deal with it more than the average cause i to suffered from it here and there prior to my addiction. i just hope my addiction didn't trigger some massive rls. all i know is no more sleepy aids for me lol, i've learned my lesson! kinda ***** i can't take anything for sleep relief without it triggering rls. i even tried a herbal supplement and it did the same thing, guess i'm gonna have to ride this one out. oh & day 16 methadone withdrawal and from what i understand it takes a good while to get back to good.

man RLS s u c k s!!!  I understand perfectly.  I still deal with it daily, but I had it before I got locked into the pill roller coaster.  I do not know your story, but my doctor gave me non addictive meds for RLS that really works.  I only take it when I feel RLS coming on or it wakes me up.  If you can visit with your Dr. maybe they can help.....I tried all the home remedies and found no relief.
