How long does vicodine stay in your system.  Also If a drug test is done and it comes out possitive for cocaine would hydrocodone or vicodine give it the positive results?

stays in system 72 hours no it will not show up as cocaine unless there was something wrong with the test itself...

If you haven't done cocaine, then it will not show up as cocaine -- they are completely different kind of drugs.

I hope you have a script, whether it be cocaine or vicodon, you will fail the test if you can't prove you are on it from a doctor.

im not positive on this , and ya should put up your own post to get more responses , but i think it should be out of your urine in about 3-5 days, as most controled substances.. ya can help it along by drinking huge amounts of water..... again repost this by hitting the green post a ? box at the top left of this page....
