i have taken ocycontin 20mg for about four about years for my back .i always take it as should never take any more i lost my pills so have three more days till i can refill it  i have been without this is my third day and i feel awful how long wll this last.i took it 3xaday

Its interesting that you posted in the substance abuse forum. Are you aware that you are indeed hooked on these things? If you want to quit, this is the place to be.
Your withdrawals will take at least a week or two to go away. Then there is the mental battles....

Physical withdrawls will last about week. You will feel like u have the flu. Just as your getting over the w-d your refill will become available.. Do u plan on taking them again?? Feel better & keep posting
