Twenty days today folks and I keep trucking on!!! Wow, feelings are a trip and now I understand the "head part" I don't miss the pills I miss MY ENERGY. Oh well I know one day it will HAVE to turn around :) ! And yes everyday is better than the last :) I only see clear skies in the horizon.. I am for real this time!! So happy to be rid of that living hell well almost :)

Thats great news! Yes it gets better every day. I am clean 26 days and been going to the gym 5 days a week. It is a good thing to do if you need to occupy some time. Stay strong and dont stress your self always one day at a time. Congrats...............

Congrats on 20 days that is wonderful and you should be so proud of yourself. Hang in there cause the energy does come back, I can't say when for you as everyone is different but let me tell you, when it does it feel's so good to be natural energy and not energy from pills.

HI congrats on 20 days you off to a good start you need to put something in plase for the ''head games'' its time to hook up with some sort of aftercare N/A and A/A are free and the programs work if you work them if not that there are therapists and conslors trained in addiction dont let this critical part of recovery pass you by....less the 10% of the people will make it 1yr clean without aftercare...warning to the wise...good luck and God bless....Gnarly
