hopefully more energy and less blah lol.... hang on another day and things will begin to turn around... by day 5 i started to come around.... keep walking it helps with the legs and energy.... get some good pump up music going and just do it.. helps alot... good luck to you!
Congratulations! I went back to work on day 4 and it wasn't a picnic, but better than day 3. :) No way I could have gone back on day 3. One day does make a difference. You'll start having more of the better moments each day. As hard as it is, and believe me, I understand, try not to think about what is going to happen. Most of the time, what I thought would happen was, and is, a lot worse than what actually does.

Glad to see you've made it to Day 4! It only gets better....well, there are some ups and downs, but for the most part each day DOES get a bit easier...

YOU ARE DOING IT!! :) Actually, day 4 was the worst for me, day 5 easier and today, day 6 was much better. I had more energy & only very mild cravings. I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel with this, at least with the physical part.
