Ok. I'm 81 days today. And I was sitting outside this afternoon.. the breeze was blowing and I smelled fresh grass. Not visable to my eyes. And I thought....I can smell. I mean really smell. And I can and will tell you I haven't smelled like this in years. In years.

Taste. Taste is extreme now. I can taste salt or spices etc. Things that I used to like I don't like. Such as candy. When I was using I walked around with hard candy. Now none. I didn't think nothing about this until some one asked me for some. I don't have a bunch of candy in my possestion.

And site. Wow I can see....super vision. Lol.

What I'm asking is anyone else experiencing this hightnen sense awareness.....or was I that numb for so long??
Anyone's input is welcome.

I did notice my skin was so dry. I had to slather lotion on. And now its not needed.  I did get funky smelling for a week or so thru detox. I  smelled stale and chemically ickiie. And  you can relate so you know. We were stinky. Not anymore. Whew.

It's awesome Sarah. I haven't  smelled good in a long time. Taste. Hearing. And touch... Guess this means I'm back from the dead. Lol. I just noticed the smell. And taste. But sight is better. I like it. It's so different. And no more pinned eyes. I can see

Yep this happens.  All our senses have awaken and it is pretty dam cool!

I'm 68 days clean and have experienced it too...nothing smells or tastes the same...but in a good way. I think we were numb before...just like you said...there's an enhanced awareness abt everything now...it's a different world for sure...congrats on 81 days!
