Hydrocodone withdrawals

I have been norco 10/325 steadily for the past 910 months due to knee replacement surgeries complicated with knee infections.  I have tapered down from 40mg daily down to 15mg daily.  I plan to drop down to 10mg on 3/31.  I have had some w/d already.  One day of runs and when tapering to the next dose down  - just a feeling of being uneasy.  Do you think I will be able to jump odd after the next dose down to 5mg without a severe withdrawal.  My tapering plan started early March of this year.

Hi there, we are not allowed to give tapering advice, however in my personal opinion, (I am not a doctor), it sounds like a good plan, and you should experience minimal withdrawal. Many of us on here quit taking at a much higher dose, and still around to share our experience!! Don't let the withdrawal scare you too much, it is uncomfortable but very doable!! Check out the thomas recipe at the bottom of the page, I truly believe it helped me and many others. Good luck, it will be over before you know it!!
