Just wanted all to know that "sub" was the solution to my problem, it has given me my life back, i wished i had seeked this treatment option a lot sooner;(but was to ashamed to seek help) would not have been in "hell" with the c/t w/d. SUBOXONE has taken away my desire for any more hydros. been on them 2months, and prob. will have to take them for rest of my life, my psych. said but it is worth it. Tis a wonderful feeling to be happy again, able to work and loving life. peace and love to all.
Nice to hear from both of you. Seems like here of late, there is a lot of healthy recovery going on here.
I've just past my third week C/T and you still couldn't get me to take another vic. LOL... I TRULY HATE THEM.
But somehow I'm not feelig as Perky as you guys.. I'm having a hard time cleaning up my head. This too shall pass.. a few folks have said this is normal so I'm holding on.
Matt: Matine got on and off the Sub really quickly he went into a 7 day detox, used sub and got off. But I think he did it on his own. Since you are doing the clinic thing.. just discuss w/counselor or Dr. that you want off them asap. Don't rush it will prolly get you through the heady stuff as well. Seems like a miracle way to get off. Not as threatening as Metadone. I suppose he will eventually get you on a slow taper. And you'll be done.
Messages don't seem as frantic as they were a month a go though.
Please stay in touch... ***@****.

Please keep posting on how it goes with the sub. I gave up trying to get it, but mebbe I should go to a doc like you and get some. What did the psych mean that it's OK if you stay on them longterm?? Do they give you any good feeling or just take away the craving for other s***?? I'm really happy it's working for you and that you don't give dem percs a second look! sounds wonderfull!! Hope I can follow in your footsteps... Let me know more on how goes it... Nefesh
