can you take risperdol 4mg with 400mg seroquel if not can you take 100mg of triazadone with 400 mg seroquel?

do you have scripts for these meds? did the same doctor prescribe them?

No. You would be taking essentially 2 of the same medications as thhey are both anti psychiotics. Are these medications prescribed? That is an awfully dangerous dose of each of them. They should not be combined and you can experience EPS symtoms (symptoms) from that high of a dose.
