I have been listening to ALOT of music also!!! It has helped me soooooo much!!!! I was wondering if the music was actually helping with the endorphin thing goin on in my brain.... As soon as I turn it on, I INSTANTLY feel better, my mood improves ten fold, my boddy perks up and yea, I do start groovin....look silly, I know but I don't care!!!!! So wat do ya think???? Does it make you guys feel that way too???? Sarah
You're so right...music definately helps! Listen all you can. It helps to hear people sing about things we can relate to. It's beauiful! One I like to listen to, when I was using and especially when I'm not is John Lennon's "Cold Turkey"...that one sends chills down my spine.
