I believe Harry from Medhelp told me that after you select your friends soon they will be the only ones allowed to send you private messages...

Go into your profile on the left where its says ,messages, journal.... ECT it now says friends click on that and you can see your friends then you can PM them

If you look on the left where it says msg's ect it will say friends or something, but no sure where to go from there

Yes you can now have a friends list I have one person on mine. I think they just started that today.
Its a nice idea.
