Time & Patience!!!! Meanwhile take some of the Potassium, Magnesium, Ds and Calcium at night for sure..These things calm the muscles down and will help relax you..Make sure you take them Baths with the Epson Salt too, as it has been mentioned to you before.
I have to agree..Please try to stay in one Post and you can keep asking new questions in just One post. It does get very confusing sometimes. Make sure you are drinking Lots of Water to help get rid of the poisons. This detox will be over soon..It is working on staying clean that will be the big challenge. Maybe hits some AA/NA if you can..There will be people who you can share this with you face to face and they will help you out. They have all been right where you are at now. Take it min by min right now and then time will speed up a bit down the line.

What got me through was knowing tommorrow i will feel a lil better. Literally take it day by day. The first 3 are the worst. I recomend telling yourself I can do this just get through today, tommorrow I will feel better than I did yesterday. You CAN DO this! PUSH through.
I know you are having a hard time but it is hard to follow you with the posts. Stay in one place and ask questions. That way we can see what is going on.
For the rls...exercise will help, hot baths w/epsom salt and try not to lay flat. that triggers it. Eat bananas and take potassium supplements. It will be gone in a few days. Hang in there.
