The anxiety will lessen as time goes by.  Try and move around as much as you can.  If you can get out for a walk do it.  We have to get our endorphins working again.  You are doing great and a big congrats on 11 days!!!!!!!         sara

It feels like its going to last forever and a day in life of sobriety feels like forever, and your body is in shock vicodin or any opiate re wires your brain so when it doesn't have what it needs it goes into shock, I bet u feel like you just can't function, like not even 6 tyl pms could make u sleep right you've prob lost a lot of weight and are feeling like ****? Consider getting on a low dose of suboxone, it helped me and it was amazing

Congrats on those 11 days, your off to a good start and I am glad the w/d's are over. As our minds slowly clear after getting clean all those thoughts of wasting years on drugs and the guilt and cravings are tough and that is why some type of aftercare is important. Have you thought about going to meetings or a counsellor?

You are so early off them right now, but I promise things will keep improving. I didn't feel normal till a month clean, but everyone is different. Keep taking it one day at a time and you are gonna see so many positive changes soon. Your doing great!
