needing to post

Hi.  I haven't been perfect. But doing okay. I'm not timing out of pills and have not had to count. But I know I have not been consistent. I need to be consistent.  I have come to accept that I'm going to feel crappy for awhile. Having accepted that going day by day has been metaly OK other than my normal ups and downs.  To help myself I need to start a specific time plan when to take my pills.
Tonight has been hard. I'm struggling and wanting to take more. I'm at a gathering (BBQ) and everyone is drinking. I have had two drinks and am choosing not to have more because my body hurts and I'm having a few hot and cold sweats. All because I took my pulls as usual before 2pm and I pushed myself in the yard today building a retainer way with 80 blocks. I'm 5'3 at about 135 lb. I'm tired and work out working all day. Im not craving. Really. But I want the pain to stop and enjoy my night.
Thanks for listening. I guess I better go back to the group.

Last night was hard. The thought crossed my mind  that " I was up past bed time and all I had to do was take just one to feel better. And that ooo my last dose was 8hr ago it's okay". But I have never taken them that Late and I help strong and didn't do it. I was glad to finally get home and relax. In up now and hurt so bad from the yard work. But again I have to push through. It's still to early to have my first one. Tapering is hard and has its moments. But I have to get this done

Im finally home and I made it :) up past my bed time and had some interaction with a smie.
