Still going..

I will be 60 days off lortab tomorrow. I read Baker3336 post so I guess how I'm feeling is normal. Just have the blahs and feel a little down for several days now. Not depressed. Still exercising and have built up to over 1 mile each day with 3 lb ankle weights. Even started yoga and running on the downhills. As good as it feels, I'm still forcing myself to do anything. Still waiting for the energy and desire to be normal to return.

Totally agree with Baker. SO much better than before! I'm just pouting over my moment! Hang in there.

Don't take it the wrong way Deanna I feel GREAT at 60 days overall. Were just saying that there will be moments down the road that come and go where you don't feel 100%. I turned the corner at the 3 week mark and have felt great way more than I have felt down. There has just been a few rough days is all. Keep at it, it's so worth it. Good luck.
