wow, same thing here, I am on day 6 and so much better than yesterday.
my day 4 was getting better, then day 5 crappy as heck, then today much better. It's the anxiety that has me, but its better. from all I have read it takes more time. When we think of all the time in weeks its stressful, so do like they say and take just one day at a time, or even one hour at a time, and soon we will be anxiety free, just hang in there.

hugs,
Lily

Things will continue to go up and down for a while, but the extremes get less the longer you're clean. Your body is better, so you're waiting to be "normal".  This is the point when your head starts talking, so be careful. The mental piece of staying clean is a life long struggle. The ol "just one won't hurt" voice will whisper to you. And by now you know better.
Day 7 is a true milestone. Be proud. Congrats.

PS - forget about sleeping normally for the next couple weeks. But that too gets better.

Hi,congrats on day 7.With your body and mind continuing to heal you do get up and down days. But the bad days do lessen in intensity as the days go by.Totally agree with Kyle, with the physical withdrawals getting better the mental aspect comes into play.Be on your guard, eliminate sources, places, people who could trigger cravings. Each day should get a little better and its so worth it.Again, congrats and take care
