The brain fog got better for me when i added protein shakes to my diet. Thete are times I crave it, which tells me I probably needed it. Maybe that would help?

Keep asking as many questions as you need my friend! I am on day 19 and still foggy and anxious at times. I find that every day these moments are fewer and farther between though. They seem to pass more quickly too. I hear that it just takes time...lots of time. I know that's not what we want to hear but our bodies just need to reboot and heal themselves.
