Oh and day 11. Not the best bot not the worst.
Exercise is one of the greatest healers.out thee. Whether you walk for 5 minutes or 5 miles. It is a great healing feeling to put one foot in front of another and know you are going somewhere good.
Hey, it is that energy thing that drives a lot of us nutso! For the aches, take a hot bath and just soak. Throw in the epsom salts if you have them. Have you taken some Imodium?
Tomorrow is my aftercare appoitment. Im excited. Something to look forward to.
Hit a wall of sorts. My whole body aches. No energy. Bathroom issues. Still keeping on but today is not easy.
Fantastic, girl---I am thrilled for you. You are fighting a wonderful fight, and we are all cheering for you! Hope you sleep well and have a successful day tomorrow. I am thinking about you...
10 days, double digits it is. awesome....
time will be your healer my friend.
keep up the good work. you are forging ahead.
congratulations.
10 days. Day 10. That's double digits baby. The hard part is the lowered energy and the anxiety. But I know those will pass. Still doing all the vitamins. Anything that helps the urge to.move? I tried the hylans rest legs with limited success.
Way to go on day 9!! Whatever you are doing today, enjoy it! Embrace this new life and run with it~~sara
Thanks. GNARLY. Your words from previous posts helped so much. It helped me give myself permission to not be ok for awhile as I am healing. Today im going to do something that I love but was scared to do before. Im excited.

Gotta shout it out! ONTO DAY 9! feet firmly.planted. loving my nightly walks. I have upped the timer from 20 to 30 minutes. I have been listening to my body. Each day is a little better. Im just gonna keep going.
Incredible! What a wonderful experience it has been for me to read all your entries from the moment you began your journey. I am so inspired by you and how you have handled everything so well! I'm glad that you are seeing a counselor---aftercare is crucial for almost everyone, especially as time goes by. You need to be ever-vigilant, and counseling gives you the tools to manage your situation long-term.
Again, thank you for sharing your journey with us, and I have gotten so much from your story. Have a great weekend, and check in again soon!
I plan to see my councelor next week to discuss stress management and some cognitive behavior therapy for relaxing. Anxiety is still high but im pushing thru it. I always got from doc and told doc no more. Im fighting the good fight every day.
Congrats! So happy for u! Keep it up!!
Good job, perchance!!!You can breathe a sigh of relief that the physical detox is easing and that you're on the road to your body healing from the abuse...
however...since Sara isn't here to say it, I'll say it for her. BE VIGILANT! Now's a time when a lot of people lose focus because the physical difficulties are beginning to ease....but now is when you have to buckle down and focus on why you went through that H3LL in the first place.
You're doing a great job and a week is a major accomplishment...I saw your other post but I haven't had a chance to read it; do you have aftercare plans?
Walks or any exercise is.the best for me and my anxiety at this point.
Keep up the good work. You can do it.
