opiate withdrawl help?

hey im 24 and have been using opiates since i was 19. I started out on vicodin and moved my way up through ocs and deladid 8mg. i never liked morphine, but have recently started to insufilate it since trying to get off. i have weened my self down from 20 ten mg hydrocodone a day. 6 to 10 at once. or five 8 mg hydromorphone a day. i have weened down to 60mg of morphine a day. i take it as soon as i wake up. i am looking to take the last step. i feel like an idiot cause 2 years ago i beat it cold turkey for almost a month. anyway i have tylenol, ibprophen, asprin 1mg a multivitamin. some pepto and benadryl, and cant get a hold of some colonopin, but i need to know how much to get, cuz i can only get it once a month. i have access to a pool and hot tub. whatelse if nething should i get, and should i ween off the morphs. if anyone has ne info that can help me plz let me know, or any encouraging words. thanks to ne one with some help.

hi, and welcome, i i have also an addiction to opiates, and in recovery now, i think its good you decided to stop all this, who wants to live a life tied to drugs, i dont have a vast experience of all the meds you mention, but i think your weening down from morphine pretty quickly, i do think you are right to taper from this but its very hard, and needs a lot of strength and resolve, are you doing this alone?, i dont know about the clonopin, i did mine cold turkey, with the help of imodium for stomache problems, drinking plenty of fluids, hot baths as you say, calcium/ potassium supplements, there is the thomas recipe on the health pages, top right hand corner of this page, lots of things to help you there, i hope you make it this time, and you get some after care in place, so you dont go down this road again, its not worth it, someone with a bit more experience of the things your on will advise you, and you will get lots of help on here, i really wish you the best, god bless,  sudie
