Hi & Welcome! Thanks for posting. First, you can go to the search box in the upper right hand corner of this page and type: 'Thomas Recipe'. This will give you some tips. Secondly, it would be really helpful if you could be more specific so that we can get a better read on where you're at. For instance: What were you on? At what does? For how long? Are you on additional meds? And most importantly, are you in w/d's intentionally - meaning do you want to get clean? If so did you taper or go c/t?

The Thomas Recipe has a lot of great info and things to make WD much more easier.
I can say drink lots of fluids to stay hydrated
And Hot Baths help with the restlessness chills and aches and pains.
Even if you have to stu in it all thru out withdrawal.
Eat what ever you think you ca. Keep down. It will help keep your strenght up.
The people on this site are Wonderful and so supprotive and caring.
