HI OXY is ruff to come off of what kind of symptoms are you still having??
sleep is always the last thing to retun to normal as is your energy level
you need to give your brain the building blocks to heal the cheepest way I know how to do that is whey protein shakes you can pick up a 2 lb can at walmart for 15 bucks it loaded with amino acids as well as extra vitamins and the extra protein need for your brain to heal the chocolate flavor at bad you just mix it with milk drink 2 a day for the next mo it should bring you around also you should look into aftercare of some form or another N/A is good its free and you will meet clean new friends there the mental part of this can be more difficult then the physical end keep posting for support try the shakes they really helped me good luck and God bless......Gnarly

Hey I'm at 16 days and I'm still feeling withdrawal symptoms also. My body can't seem to regulate it's temp and I'm very tired and unmotivated all the time. Just wanted to let you know it isn't just you. Good luck and hope you feel better.

This drug is powerful if you have been taking it for a while you are going to have withdrawals for a while you could go to your Doctor and ask him or her for something to ween your self down from the pain. Try NA keep posting let us no how your doing.   You can do it.

Ther are things you can do to help you get feeling normal a little faster. One is to take a good multi vitamin with the full b complex vitamins, as well as an additional 500 mg vitamin c or up to 1000mg total. Eat foods that are high in potasium such as banana's. FORCE yourself to get some excersize, even though you feel tired. Thre are also many other foods you can eat that will help those endorphins get back to normal, which you can find at the bottom right of the page.

Hope this helps!
