paradoxical reaction

I quit C/t last month and went to detox but lasted only 6 hours as they could not meet my chronic health needs so i was on Fentanyl and chewing it from 500mcg to 200 mcg so i was really sick and anded up doing 2 ambulance rides all due to Clonopin and shots of morphine working paradoxicaly and creating more pain! so in order not to die i went on 30mg hydromorph 3 times a day and managed 2 times  day i am on 18 mg 3 times a day but i now realize they are making my legs and feet ache very bad, and making me feeling worse so i have not had an oxy now for 20 hours and feel better, how do i explain this to my doctor?, i know i can reverse some of these effects with restoril and no oxy as i have hardly slept in a month i am so tired i can not drive as i already hit my fence with the car and am entering alternate reality from lack of sleep and i am afraid i might lose it!!!

Sounds like you need to write this all down in detail and bring it to your doctor. Tell him that you would like to discuss your complicated drug/pain history. Sometimes it helps when you make an appointment to let them know ahead that you want a long appointment to discuss serious drug related issues with your doctor so you won't feel rushed.

So what are you taking now?  I would try explaining to your doctor what you have said here and hopefully he will understand.
