paws& Caffeine

I was in rehab today and I'am curious because the counselor said I think(Had a stressful day and can't remember to well), that caffeine prolongs paws? Post Acute Withdrawal Syndrome?
Is this true?

i am in withdrawal now and coffee just aggitates me and ruins my day........try to stay away if possible.  it raises blood pressure and thats the last thing we need when withdrawals

I think it's safe to say that we in Recovery should at least limit caffeine intake.  I was in two different rehabs in 2005.  The first had a no-coffee-after-10:00-am rule.  The second had a no-coffee-PERIOD rule, but I cheated.
