sorry about all the long post tonight not really feeling that good mentally so I thought I would go read some words of encouragement and when I started to read them I thought it would be good for everyone on here also. I was driving home from work tonight and there was a acciedent in front of me were being me stopped to help but one could not be I still can't get his blood stains off my hands. So I thought about the teachings of Daisaku Ikeda, went to a site to read alittle so that is were all the good stuff is coming from.
