Dear Friends,

Thanks so much for taking the time to send us your suggestions and ideas!  We want to make this forum as helpful and easy to use as possible.

This week we've received a number of messages asking us to get rid of the "old threads" that are now appearing at the top of the forum.  We're working on this issue and hope to have it resolved very soon.

Also, we are working on the problem re: "Reply To"  does not show the person's nickname on the main forum page.

If there are any other suggestions or issues, please don't hesitate to contact us.

I think that is a great idea...that way their post don't do unanswered, because we just think they have found it on the forum..

How about a "sticky" thread that stays at the top of the forum that has the Thomas Recipe attached and the general w/d symptoms and times to detox as well. That way people's posts wouldn't be ignored by people that are reluctant to post the same information to every new post. Just an idea??? Good or bad? Anyone??
