still tapering

I'm down to 15mg of lortab the last two days. So, should I do one more day of tapering and just lower the dose one more time or just stop. Most of you know I do have heart problems, but the only w/d's in the last couple of days is headache, anxiety and some body aches. But I know I can do this. Advice please.

good for you Becca. I agree with the other comments. You should get rid of your pills ragardless so the temptation of a relapse is minimized.  So... taper them out.

Thanks for the support and advice. I am so worried about relapsing again. You know this isn't my first rodeo but I pray to God it's my last.

Becca I agree with you 100% on this.  Taper down to as low as you can go..even if it means to cut a pill in half for the last day. And don't worry about relapsing.  Just take one day at a time. You can do this.

How many pills do you have left and what strength are they. The lower you taper your dose down to the easier it will be. So if you have more then continue your taper. I have tapered before. I got down to one 5mg pill a day. I did that for three days and it was almost painless. Of course I relapsed but that was the easiest way I have ever quit.
