Lyrica?

My doctor gave me Lyrica for my leg pain. He had to decrease it this week, again, to 25mgs 2xday.  The side effects are better. Did any one have these side effects:  double/blurry vision (so bad I had to pull my car over several times), uncoordinated/clumsy (fell down the stairs x2), increased appetite (when refrigerator was empty, I started looking at my cat in a whole new way).

Actually, i only take it at night now.  Tell me more about the legal issues.  I know, initially it is an anti-seizure med that later was approved for neuropathy(sp) pain in limbs.  Are there any bad things being said about it that you know of?

You know I was on Lyrica, But my insurance had me change over to neurotin, There is something going on legally with Lyrica, as they are pushing DR to use it off label, Which means they can actually prescribe it for other things that it was not intended for I am going to research it and get back to you with more details. Why dont you just take it at night is it helps you sleep, Should you have an accident they will drug test you and you don't want that. Your not Haitian are you they love cat

Hopefully, the 25mgs will be okay, they really help my legs and I am able to sleep most of the night.

Yes I did... well not the cat thing.. but i may have if i stayed on it.. I had to stop taking it due to the side effects.. I stand for a living and cut hair.. I can't afford to be dizzy and clumsy working with chemicals. I was taking 50mg 2x per day.
