rebound headaches?

I have been having a headache above my right eyebrow for 3 days. Can this still be a rebound headache or should I see my doctor?

Living in the South we already all kinds of allergens in the air. Try an OTC allergy medicine. I know how it is. Not fun at all!

Yeah at 40 days I wouldn't say rebound - (I couldn't remember how far you were).  With all the allergy stuff in the air I would say probably sinuses are the culprit.

Hope you feel better!

Hey scaredmommy - I don't remember how many days you have.  I had rebound pain of some sort headaches included well beyond 30 days clean.  I had a two week period where I really pondered living the rest of my life in pain and if I could but it did pass.  I still have pain but not anywhere along the lines of those two weeks and it is manageable.

You could try plunging your hands into a bucket of cold ice water as that will make the blood volume rush down to your hands - it's a technique I learned to manage migraines from my neuro.  It doesn't work every time but it might help you determine what kind of headache you are having.

I get every sort migraines, tension, tmj, cluster and your old garden variety.
