How can I reply to a bad bit of advise posted on your site???
(The author of the thread is quoting another poster up there in caps who said his son had seizures.)
Benzos almost always require a gradual taper plan under the supervision of a doctor. So that quoted post the author of this thread presents has a valid point to it. It's not really a bad bit of advice.

Hi I totally agree with you .. Its is very dangerous.. Someone with more expience will come on shortley.
DANGER! DANGER! DO NOT STOP XANAX COLD TURKEY NO MATTER HOW SHORT A TIME YOU'VE BEEN TAKING IT! My son has now had 5, count them F I V E, seizures, EACH TIME brought on by stopping xanax cold turkey!!! Stopping xanax WITHOUT tapering is NOT recommended by ANY HEALTH PROFESSIONAL!!!
