scary moment :(

so was sitting in with a mate last night when he mentioned coke. I am a month clean today so no i didnt do it :)

i now know the power of a craving that gilly was talking about and went through every stage he mentioned to the point where i actually felt high and no one ws guna stop me getting it. It was SCARY i was even breathing deeply and running about like i had taken some even though i was soo tired where i havnt slept properly all week.

fortunatly i rand the people i can get it off but couldnt get any, woke up this morning feeling very glad

Just reading that scared me. I can't imagine how scared you must have been living through it. You should be very proud of being clean for a month today. That is amazing and maybe set up a plan just in case something like that comes up again. I learned that the only control I have to any situation that I am in is my reaction. Whether that reaction is positive or negative is up to me. Hope this is not too preachy, sorry. You are strong and can do it and have the power to stay clean. Rock on!!!!

Congrats to you, IB - thats not an easy situation to be in, is it? But you should feel really good for yourself for showing that you do have the discipline it takes!!!  I would imagine that you will make gizzy's day if you tell him that he helped you there - - - - stay strong!

yes you are right i ended up doing a line last night because of that same person i feel gutted, am i back to square one otr can i continue from here as i was doing, i know it isnt a lot or any thing but was a foolosh moment
