seriously....

so today has been so totally hard. day 2.

my husband was nice enough to call my doctor to tell him what I had done - quit taking the pills.  Needless to say the doctor was NOT happy, he felt I should have called before I flushed the pills and taken myself off them slowly.  well I knew I wouldn't do it that way, duh thats why I am where I am, I didn't take them the way I was supposed to...

but he wouldn't give me anything to take the edge off.... well I guess its okay cause then its just one more thing to come off of... but still you would think he would support me coming off of what I feel is getting to a seriously bad place.....
