forget about normal as you will emerge a different person from before... don't spend too much time thinking about that and live in the moment, one second, one minute one day at a time...and you will rediscover you.

Not 100% back to myself, but getting there quickly now, i reakon by 7 or 8 months, but 5 months was the turning point.
